LW-OPM series portable type optical power meter is a kind of intelligent optical power meter controlled by micro processor unit(MPU) with wide testing scope, high resolution, quick and accurate measurement of optical power for waves 1310nm and 1550nm, mainly applied to test the optical signal power, fiber optic, and optical instruments. With single detector, PM2 has a testing wavelength range of 400¬1050nm and optical power range of -60¬+25dBm
LW-OPM has a testing wavelength range of 800¬1700nm and optical power range of -70~+10dBm with high resolution to 0.001dB. It has six calibration points:850nm,980nm, 1300nm, 1310nm, 1480nmand 1550nm. It can display the optical power both linearly and nonlinearly, can also be applied to the absolute measurement on optical power and relative measurement on optical loss. The units for optical power display linearly are nW and μW , for optical power display nonlinearly is dBm, for relative measurement is dB.
